Superfine pulverizer bearing overheating how to do?
2021-11-12
Ultrafine grinding machine in use sometimes appear bearing overheating phenomenon, then you know what causes, how should deal with it? Today Xiaobian is to help you answer this question:
(1) The bearing seats of the two are uneven, or the motor rotor is not concentric with the crusher rotor, which will cause the bearing to be impacted by additional load, thus causing the bearing to overheat. In this case, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to eliminate the fault, so as to avoid the early damage of the bearing.
(2) Too much, too little or aging lubricating oil in the bearing is also the main cause of bearing overheating and damage. Therefore, the pulverizer should be filled with lubricating oil quantitatively and on time according to the requirements of the instruction. General lubrication accounts for 70%-80% of the bearing space. Too much or too little is not conducive to bearing lubrication and heat transfer. Bearings extend their service life.
(3) The bearing cover of the crusher is too tight with the shaft, and the bearing and the shaft are too tight or too loose will cause the bearing to overheat. But this kind of problem occurs, in the operation of the equipment, it will issue friction sound and obvious swing. Stop the machine to remove the bearing. Trim the rub area and reassemble as required.
